Terms of Service
Please read before commissioning!• By commissioning me, you agree to the TOS!• All payment must be completed in full before the final piece will be delivered. Payment plans are available for orders >£150• Edits are fine, however if you require many edits I may need to start charging you for the extra time spent!• Once paid for you may post the piece wherever you like online, as long as you do not claim that you made it yourself.• I do not REQUIRE credit to be given, however you will be provided with a logo you CAN use if you see fit, including an appropriately styled logo for Telegram if your order includes stickers. You must credit me if asked who made it, and cannot claim that you made it!• I am a Twitch streamer. Much of my work gets streamed. If you require that I do not stream it, please say so! Otherwise it most likely will be worked on during a stream. Requiring that something not be streamed at all may add up to a 50% surcharge.• I WILL NOT do any cub artwork. Fetish work may also be rejected.• I reserve the right to reject any commissions that make me uncomfortable.• Animations and facerigs will take longer than other artworks. You may notice emotes or illustrations being completed before your project, this will be due to the complexity of the project.• DMs are open for discussing your commission, however please do not message daily asking for updates unless it is a rush order - this may result in me rejecting your commission!• Rush orders are available, with an extra 50% chargeable on top.• I retain the right to distribute and advertise using your art! This could include selling prints. If you require that all rights transfer to you upon completion, you must let me know up front, and expect at minimum a 50% charge on top of your commission.• If you decide to change or adjust the commission through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or do so to create derivatives of the commission, this will be considered automatic purchasing of the exclusive rights to the artwork at the standard rate.
